Colonel Voronych of the SSU was killed by foreigners, - National Police

Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Voronych was killed in Kyiv by a man and a woman. They were foreigners.

This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine on Telegram.

"Thanks to the joint efforts of Kyiv police operatives, the Security Service of Ukraine, investigators, and criminal analysis analysts, individuals involved in committing the crime were identified - a man and a woman, citizens of another country," the police reported.

Law enforcement officers reminded that the perpetrators received orders to kill the colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine from a hostile intelligence service. They were given information about the location of the weapons.

During the arrest, the suspects attempted to resist, and were therefore neutralized.
