The government has abolished four ministries: their functions have been transferred to other departments

The Cabinet of Ministers has dissolved the Ministry of National Unity, which was created only last year. It was led by Chernyshov, against whom a criminal case was initiated.

The Ministry of Strategic Industries, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, and the Ministry of Ecology have also been dissolved.

The Ministry of Strategic Industries has been merged with the Ministry of Defence, according to the head of the agency, Shmyhal.

The Ministry of National Unity has been merged with the Ministry of Social Policy, as reported by the government representative in the Parliament, Taras Melnychuk. Its full name is now the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine.

The updated Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture will perform the functions of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food and the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
