Russia launched drones from three directions at night: Air Defence Forces destroyed 26 UAVs
Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled another Russian air attack on the night of July 22, destroying 26 strike drones. Seven more enemy UAVs were lost in location.
At the same time, there were recorded hits of targets and debris falling in several places. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
It is reported that the Russian attack began at 11:00 PM on Monday, July 21: the enemy launched 42 strike drones of the Shahed type and various types of dummy drones. The launches were carried out from Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and Cape Chauda and Hvardiyske (temporarily occupied Crimea).
According to preliminary information, as of 9:00 AM on Tuesday, air defense shot down and suppressed 26 enemy UAVs of the Shahed type (as well as other types of drones) in the south and east of the country.
In addition, seven Russian drones were either lost in location or suppressed by electronic warfare (EW) means.
"Nine UAV hits were recorded at three locations, and fallen debris was observed at three locations," reported the Air Force.

Recall that on this night Russia carried out a massive attack on Odesa: enemy drones damaged multi-storey buildings, an administrative building, and cars were set on fire. One person was injured.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of a drone hit, an infrastructure facility was damaged in the Mahdalynivka community of the Samar district — a fire broke out there, which was extinguished. There was also a fire in the Vasylkivka community of the Synelnykove district, and a state enterprise was damaged. Meanwhile, sky defenders shot down 14 enemy UAVs over the region.
