A court has seized the property of the co-owner of "Monomakh," Taras Barabash, in a case concerning aiding Russia

The Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv on July 16 decided to arrest the property of the co-owner of the "Monomakh" company, Taras Barabash.

The corresponding motion was filed by a senior investigator of the SSU within the framework of proceedings regarding assistance to the aggressor state.

The following items were seized:

• 7 apartments,

• 9 parking spaces and garages,

• commercial real estate objects,

• land plots,

• as well as 39.95% corporate rights in JSC "Monomakh".

The court recognized that the facts presented in the motion are sufficient for the temporary restriction of ownership rights to the specified property.
