5 billion per year: "Ukrnafta" reported dividends paid to the budget

The company "Ukrnafta" transferred 5 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget based on the results of 2024.

This was reported by the company’s press service.

Obligations regarding the payment of dividends to the shares of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for 2024 were fulfilled on time and in full.

"The company continues to actively develop, for two consecutive years increasing oil and gas production, the sale of petroleum products, as well as increasing its market share in the gas station segment," said the Chairman of the Board of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine," Serhiy Koretskyi.

Based on the results of the last year, Ukrnafta’s net profit amounted to 16.4 billion UAH, which is confirmed by an independent international audit conducted by Crowe Erfolg.
