The prosecution uncovered the former deputy mayor of Dnipro in illegal enrichment

The prosecution has identified the illegal enrichment of the former deputy mayor of Dnipro, Oleksandr Sydorenko, who fictitiously divorced his wife Kateryna before taking office in 2016.

During the investigation, it was found that between 2019 and 2021 his wife purchased real estate in Barcelona, Spain, totaling approximately 8.7 million hryvnias. The acquisitions include residential premises at addresses CALLE Àlaba, 143 and CALLE TAULAT, 181, as well as two warehouse-parking lots at CALLE TAULAT, 179 and CALLE BOLIVIA, 8.
