The High Council of Justice submitted a motion for the dismissal of Judge Volodymyr Keleberda of the DAC
The Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice has temporarily suspended Judge Volodymyr Keleberda of the Kyiv District Administrative Court from his duties and has filed a motion for his dismissal. The complaint was filed by HCJ member Roman Maselko.
Keleberda has been serving as a judge since 2005, and since 2010, he has held a position in the Kyiv District Administrative Court. He is known as the deputy to the controversial court head Pavlo Vovk.
Among Keleberda’s high-profile cases are the prohibition of protests near the "Hostynnyi Dvir" building in 2013 and the granting of Ihor Kolomoiskyi’s lawsuit concerning the nationalization of "PrivatBank" in 2019.
Journalists also exposed the judge for a sham divorce from his wife to hide assets from declaration. Despite this, Keleberda continues to live with his "ex-wife." In his 2024 declaration, he listed the use of two apartments in Kyiv, and his wife owns an apartment in the Zhytomyr region.
The judge uses a TESLA MODEL 3 (2019) and receives a salary of 1.87 million UAH from a liquidated court. He has also declared 23,000 USD in cash and 775,000 UAH.
The High Council of Justice will review the motion for Keleberda’s dismissal.
