In the "DPR," work continues on the construction of the water pipeline from the Vuhlehirsk Reservoir.
This was reported by the leader of the "DPR" on August 8 in his Telegram channel.
"We continue the work on building the water pipeline from the Vuhlehirsk Reservoir. We have already dug 7 km of trenches. Just in the last day, we added another kilometer. This will give us an additional 90,000 cubic meters, which is practically a third of the volume we currently receive and distribute," said Pushilin.
He also reported on the beginning of water diversion from the Monakhivsk Quarry, which will add "an additional 10,000 cubic meters" to the DPR’s water supply system.
The Russian media write that the "republic" receives no more than 35% of the required volume for supplying water to residents, and they quote Pushilin.
"We are trying to replenish the water reserves of internal reservoirs, but without natural precipitation, there is almost no inflow," he told TASS.
