Accused of corruption, Ruslan Cherkaskyi is striving to return to the position of Deputy Head of the State Customs Service

The Kyiv District Administrative Court has scheduled a hearing for the lawsuit of the former Deputy Head of the State Customs Service, Ruslan Cherkaskyi, for 10:00 on August 26, 2025.

He demands the recognition of the order for his dismissal as illegal and its annulment.

The hearing will take place in the court building at 26 Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard.
