The Russians are trying to shift the responsibility for the war from themselves to Ukraine and Europe, – stated the head of the CCD.

"Currently, the entire infrastructure of the Russians is working to spread narratives to the West about ’Putin’s peacekeeping.’ Meanwhile, in Russia itself, their propaganda is focused on something else – there is no peacekeeping, but there is a narrative about restoring relations with the USA."

Kovalenko also noted that at present, they do not see any readiness from Russia to end the war, either on the front or in the information field.
