The occupiers launched cruise missiles at Kremenchuk: explosion sounds are heard
In the morning of August 19, the sounds of explosions were heard again in Kremenchuk. This time, the enemy launched cruise missiles towards the city.
This was reported by local Telegram channels and the channel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, the military informed that during the night, Russians deployed Tu-95MS strategic bombers into the sky. Starting from 05:08, the first cruise missiles were detected in the Kharkiv region, heading towards the Poltava region.
Later, the military specified that enemy targets were on course towards Kremenchuk and approaching the city. At the same time, channels reported that around 05:26, explosions were heard in the city. There was no official information regarding the downing of targets or any hits.

It is also worth noting that during the night, the Poltava region was under drone attack. The Air Force repeatedly detected enemy UAVs in the region.
According to information from local channels, Lubny and Kremenchuk came under attack. In particular, the publication "Suspilne" reported around 01:40 that explosions were heard in the town of Lubny.
There is no official data yet on what exactly was under attack, the consequences, or whether there are any at all.
