Zelenskyy made an important statement about the "Flamingo" missile: "It flies 3,000 kilometers"

The long-range cruise missile "Flamingo" has become a significant achievement of the Ukrainian missile program. Soon, it will enter mass production.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a meeting with journalists on August 20.

According to him, tests of the "Flamingo" missile have already been conducted.

"And at the moment, it is the most successful missile we have. It flies 3,000 kilometers, and that is important," the president noted.

At the same time, he emphasized that details about "Flamingo" are still premature to disclose until there is the capability to deploy them in hundreds.

"By December, we will have more of these missiles. And by the end of December or in January-February, mass production should begin. We need to pay attention to the success of the tests and the funding of this program," Zelenskyy added.
