Ukraine and Russia conducted a prisoner exchange under the "146 for 146" formula

A prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia took place under the "146 for 146" formula.

This information is confirmed by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

In addition to military personnel, during the latest exchange, Ukraine returned several residents of the Kursk region to Russia, who ended up in Ukraine as a result of hostilities in this area.

A video featuring them is published by the Russian Ombudsman Moskalkova. In the background, a representative of the Ukrainian Ombudsman Lubinets is seen speaking with her.
