In Rivne region, a man died who was held in the Sarny TRC.

According to his mother, Vitaliy Sakharuk was taken on Thursday, August 21, and held in the premises for three days. On August 23, relatives were informed that he was in the morgue.

No one from his close circle was informed about his condition. Only when the family arrived at the police station in the evening, they were told that the man felt unwell and an ambulance was called for him.

Relatives demand publicity and an investigation into the circumstances of his death.
