Zelenskyy: The basic document on security guarantees for Ukraine is virtually ready

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared that the basic document on security guarantees for Ukraine is almost completed, and now it is necessary to force Russia to end the hostilities.

Zelenskyy stated this in his video address.

"The basic document on security guarantees for Ukraine, and therefore for all of our Europe, is almost ready. The details are being carefully worked out, everything will be agreed upon with all partners. Now it is important to compel Russia to end the hostilities – to achieve a meeting format that will be effective, to establish reliable silence so that the Russian Federation stops killings and attacks. This is possible. This is only possible if we act together – everyone in Europe, especially in those places where the war is closest, – but also together with the USA and other global players," – Zelenskyy emphasized.

He noted that the United States is indeed a significant argument for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

"Let’s not forget about Russian assets: everything that has been discovered – and these are significant sums – should be directed towards the defence and recovery of Ukraine. This is fair," – the president added.
