Russia launched a "Zircon" hypersonic missile during exercises

The Russian Ministry of Defence announced the launch of the hypersonic cruise missile "Zircon" in the Barents Sea as part of joint military exercises with Belarus "West-2025".

The agency of the aggressor country released footage of the "Zircon" missile launch from the Northern Fleet frigate "Admiral Gorshkov". The video shows the missile initially taking off vertically from the frigate’s deck and then changing trajectory to move towards the horizon.

Crew members of the Su-34 practiced bombing strikes on ground targets.

“According to real-time objective control data, the target was destroyed by a direct hit,” the Russian Ministry of Defence reported.
