The Verkhovna Rada has approved the establishment of the Specialized District and Appellate Administrative Courts in Kyiv

The Verkhovna Rada has approved in full the draft law 13302 on the creation of a Specialized District and Appellate Administrative Courts in Kyiv with jurisdiction over the entire territory of Ukraine.

These courts will be established to replace the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv.

The mentioned courts will handle cases against the Cabinet of Ministers, central executive authorities, the National Bank, NABU, SAPO, NACP, and others.
