RF launched dozens of drones over Ukraine at night: 33 enemy UAVs neutralized

On the night of September 21, Russia once again launched an air attack on Ukraine: the enemy used 54 air assault means. Air defence forces destroyed 33 targets.

Strikes were recorded at multiple locations. Details were reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The first drones that terrorized Ukraine on the night of September 21 were launched by Russians around 20:00 the previous evening.

In total, during the attack, the enemy deployed 54 strike UAVs of the Shahed, "Gerbera," and other types of drones from the directions of Russian Kursk, Millerovo, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

Approximately 30 of the launched drones were "Shaheds."

Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine defended against the air attack.

As of 09:00, according to preliminary data, air defense shot down/suppressed 33 enemy UAVs of the "Shahed," "Gerbera," and other types of drones in the northern, eastern, and central parts of the country.

Hits by 21 strike UAVs were registered at 8 locations.
