Over the past week, Russia has used more than 1,500 drones made from foreign components, – Zelenskyy

Throughout the week, Russian occupiers launched over 1,500 strike drones on Ukraine. They also used more than 1,280 guided aerial bombs and 50 missiles of various types.

This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Telegram.

"Thousands of foreign components—over 132,000—have been found in this weaponry, originating from various countries. This includes Europe, America, China, Japan, and dozens of others," the head of state noted.

As Zelenskyy emphasized, if Russia is not stopped, the mass production of weapons will undoubtedly become a threat to countries in Europe and the Pacific region. According to him, powerful sanctions are a tool that can prevent this.

"It is necessary to block all possible supply routes, prevent sanction evasion, and exert pressure on countries and individual companies that support them. Partners have this power—a power that must protect lives. We hope that the 19th EU sanctions package will be truly impactful and that the US will join the Europeans," he added.
