Earlier, a resident of Lutsk provided erotic services online and was even a figure in a criminal case regarding the production and distribution of explicit content.

About this writes the Kherson publication "Most".

On September 17, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin reported that a third of the work on installing anti-drone nets on automobile routes in the region had been completed, and journalists found out that these nets are being purchased from "suppliers with a somewhat spicy past," according to the article.

On September 17, information was published on the website Prozorro that the Department for Civil Protection and Defense Work of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, headed by Yevhen Pisotskyi, purchased 317,240 square meters of anti-drone nets for 6.3 million UAH.

The nets were bought from an entrepreneur from Lutsk, Nataliya Borshchevych.

According to the YouControl portal, Borshchevych started selling construction materials a little over a month ago, as she registered as a sole proprietor at the end of July.

After signing the contract with the Department of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, she registered a 1991 ZIL-MMZ dump truck under her name.

Journalists found out that Borshchevych purchased it for transporting the nets from Lutsk to Kherson.

It was also revealed that in the past, Nataliya Borshchevych was involved in "something illegal, namely the production and distribution of pornography, as classified by the local police," the publication writes.

In 2020, a criminal case was even opened against her under Part 3 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

According to the ruling of the Lutsk City-District Court, in August 2020, Borshchevych, while communicating in a video chat with a man, "undressed and demonstrated her private parts in close-up on a webcam."

Her explicit photos are still available in the public domain.

After the case was opened, Borshchevych signed a plea agreement, but later asked the court to refuse its approval, as she poorly understood its content and consequences at the time of signing.

Since April 2022, there have been no updates on this case.

"They must have mixed something up in the databases"

In a telephone conversation with journalists, Nataliya Borshchevych confirmed that she is engaged in selling nets, and she bought the dump truck for transportation.

At first, she couldn’t recall whether there were any cases against her, but then she remembered.

"They somehow closed it quickly, and after that – I don’t know anything. I don’t go anywhere. I’m not aware. By the way, since you mentioned it, I’ll need to find out," Nataliya Borshchevych said.

She claims she doesn’t remember what crime the case was about, as it was a long time ago.

At the same time, Ms. Nataliya emphasized that she "didn’t do that," and law enforcement "must have mixed something up in the databases."

When asked how she learned about Kherson’s need for nets, she said it happened during her visit to Kherson, and she offered her services as a supplier.

However, she refused to disclose to whom exactly she offered these services.

"Let it remain a mystery," she told the journalists.

Nataliya Borshchevych also doesn’t know where the nets she will supply to Kherson are manufactured.

In addition to the contract with Nataliya Borshchevych, on September 12, the Department for Civil Protection and Defense Work of the Kherson Regional Military Administration signed two more contracts for the supply of anti-drone nets.

A contract worth 9.5 million UAH was signed with a local entrepreneur, Mykola Rozdorozhnyuk, who previously supplied gabions (spatial mesh structures filled with stone, gravel, soil, etc.) and provided repair services to budget institutions in Kherson and the region.

Another contract for nearly 1.5 million UAH was signed with Andriy Romanyuk from Kherson. He also regularly supplies construction products to the Regional Military Administration.

These two entrepreneurs do not have cases under Part 3 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, notes "Most."
