About this, stated the spokesperson of the operational-strategic group of troops "Dnipro," Viktor Trehubov, during a telethon broadcast.

In Kupyansk, the enemy is actively trying to infiltrate with sabotage and reconnaissance groups of 2-5 people.

"They are trying to use their numbers to seep through the positions of Ukrainian military and later occupy some buildings," Trehubov explained.

Ukrainian soldiers destroy the enemy before they can enter residential areas, preventing them from establishing a foothold in the city.

Tregubov also reported that the occupiers are constantly launching strikes with artillery, drones, and other types of weapons.

"This is already effectively a frontline city," Trehubov emphasized.
