Situation at the front: Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled dozens of enemy attacks, 82 combat engagements recorded

Since the beginning of the day, as of 16:00, 82 combat engagements have occurred on the front.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the day, the enemy launched artillery shelling from Russian territory on the areas of the settlements of Boyaro-Lezhachi, Novovasylivka, Bobylivka, Bachivsk, Kozache, Bila Bereza in Sumy Oblast; Mykhalchyna Sloboda, Bleshnya, Krasny Khutir, Yasna Polyana in Chernihiv Oblast.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled three enemy attacks, and one more battle is ongoing. The enemy carried out 7 airstrikes, dropped 17 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 102 artillery shellings, including ten from multiple rocket launch systems.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, since the beginning of the day, the Defense Forces have repelled two enemy attacks, while five more engagements are ongoing. The enemy is attacking near Vovchansk and towards Odradne.

In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers successfully stopped six enemy offensive actions in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, and Kupiansk.

In the Lyman direction, 12 combat engagements took place near the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Shandryholove, Kolodyazi, Torske, and Novoselivka, with seven battles still ongoing.

In the Siversk and Kramatorsk directions, no combat engagements have been recorded at this time.

In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers attacked eight times in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Rusynyi Yar, Poltavka, and Toretsk, with battles currently ongoing in two locations. Kostiantynivka was hit by an airstrike with guided aerial bombs.

In the Pokrovsk direction, 28 engagements of varying intensity began throughout the day near the settlements of Pankivka, Nikanorivka, Novoekonomichne, Chervonyi Lyman, Promin, Chunyshyne, Zvirove, Udachne, Kotlyne, and Dachne. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the aggressor attempted to advance 12 times in the areas of the settlements of Filiya, Zelenyi Hai, Piddubne, Maliivka, Sichneve, Komyshuvakha, Vorone, Novomykolaivka, and Zaporizke. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Hulyaipole direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled an enemy attack near Olhivske.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attempted to advance four times on the positions of our units in the area of Kamyanske and towards Novodanylivka.

Enemy aviation struck the settlements of Inhulets and Odradokam’yanka in the Prydniprovsky direction.
