Ukrainian forces regain control over Oleksiivka in Sumy region

Ukrainian troops have raised flags at various points in the settlement of Oleksiivka in the Sumy region. Thus, control over the settlement is gradually being restored.

This was reported by the 225th Separate Assault Battalion.

"Amid the whining of Russian admins, Ukrainian flags are appearing at various points in Oleksiivka, Sumy region," the statement reads.

At the same time, the Russians in the settlement are trying to defend themselves, but in vain. The occupiers are being eliminated, and they are unable to retreat.

"If the Russian soldiers in this settlement could read that they are just another batch of ’won’t remember them all,’ they would run like the marines of the 810th brigade. Instead, they have dug themselves in up to their ears, without water or food. The only thing left for them is to dream of surviving," the battalion added.
