Raid on Hanna Pozdnyakova’s holdings: Odesa CHP refused to allow state auditors in
The raid on Hanna Pozdnyakova’s domains continues.
This is reported by blogger Iryna Hryb.
After the Antimonopoly Committee fined TGO 7 million hryvnias for abusing its monopolistic position in the heat supply market.
This happened when the AMCU found that since February 2022, the company stopped considering the readings of individual heat energy meters, and charges were calculated based on the area of premises without actual data.
The State Audit approached the Odesa CHP. Well, tried to. But the company refused to allow the auditors, citing Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 303 dated 13.03.2022, which prohibits conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections during martial law. The CHP also argued that they are neither a manager nor a recipient of budget funds. In any case, auditors are categorically not being allowed into the enterprise.
Now the issue of the audit’s legality is being considered by the Odesa District Administrative Court. We’ll see how this ends. But malicious tongues say that this is just the beginning.
