The Russian army is already approaching the center of Kupyansk and the Yuvileinyi microdistrict in the southwest of the city.

The penetration through the pipeline has been stopped, so Russian forces are entering through the river and forested areas, but in smaller numbers. However, during this time, they have managed to accumulate sufficient forces for conducting assault operations, infiltration, and reconnaissance and sabotage activities.
