Russian attack damaged houses and infrastructure in six districts of Kyiv region

In the Brovary district of Kyiv region, two houses were damaged as a result of a combined Russian attack on the night of September 28, with consequences already recorded in six districts.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported this on Telegram.

"We continue to deal with the consequences of the combined enemy attack. Unfortunately, damage has already been recorded in six districts of the Kyiv region," Kalashnyk noted.

According to him, in the Obukhiv district, one apartment building, 10 cars, garage boxes, a private house, and a farm building were damaged.

In the Bila Tserkva district, warehouses, enterprises, an entertainment and shopping center, four private houses, farm buildings, and garage boxes were damaged. Due to the fall of debris from a downed target, a fire broke out in the technical room of a nine-story building, with partial destruction of its load-bearing structures. Additionally, three more apartment buildings and eight cars were damaged.

In the Fastiv district, four private houses and the premises of a bakery were damaged.

In the Bucha district, about a thousand windows and balcony structures were shattered in six apartment buildings. Over 100 cars were destroyed or damaged. Additionally, 14 private houses were damaged, three of which were completely destroyed.

In the Boryspil district, eight private houses, farm buildings, garage boxes, and two cars were damaged.

In the Brovary district, two private houses were damaged.

As Kalashnyk informed, three people remain in outpatient treatment - one child and two adults. Medics are providing all necessary assistance.

Residents of three apartment buildings and eight private houses in the region are left without gas supply. According to Kalashnyk, this affects 586 subscribers.

Electricity is unavailable to 2,502 subscribers in five settlements.

"Gas and electricity workers are working tirelessly. By the end of the day, both gas and electricity will be restored," Kalashnyk assured.

The head of the Regional Military Administration expressed condolences to all those whose houses and homes were damaged.

"Kyiv region stands strong, and together with local authorities, we are helping those affected: necessary construction materials are being provided from the region’s reserve fund, heating and assistance points for the population are being set up, and psychologists are working with people. We will endure and will definitely rebuild everything that has been destroyed," Kalashnyk emphasized.

The head of the Regional Military Administration expressed special gratitude to the rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Kyiv region, medics, police, volunteers, and business representatives.
