The RF intentionally carried out drone strikes on passenger trains in Shostka, – Sybiha

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sybiha.

"These were targeted and deliberate strikes by Russian drones on passenger trains in Shostka, Sumy region. Not one, but two consecutive strikes. This is one of the cruelest Russian tactics - the so-called ’double tap’, when the second strike hits rescuers and evacuating people," said Sybiha.

According to him, Russian terrorists must receive a strong response for this "deliberate and brutal terror against civilians." He believes that new devastating sanctions are needed for this.

"There needs to be an increased support for Ukraine. This can and should be done to raise the cost of this war for Russia. Putin must feel personal danger in continuing this war for himself and his regime," noted the Foreign Minister.
