Mobilization in a new way: TRC may start issuing summonses based on the Voter Register

TRCs may start issuing summonses based on the voter register, believes Ivan Tymochko, the head of the Reserve Council of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Voters should become the next target group for TRCs.

This point of view is expressed by Ivan Tymochko, the head of the Reserve Council of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

«For mobilization to be truly effective, it is necessary to rely on a reliable information base. To work with people correctly, you need to understand who they are. Therefore, information comes from various registers. The most accurate and complete one we have is the Voter Register. It has been updated most frequently. At the very least, before the war. This process is normal and will contribute to more efficient actions on the ground», – Tymochko states.
