MFA: Ukrainian and American experts coordinate technical details regarding Tomahawk

This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhiy Tykhyi, at a briefing.

Tykhyi recalled that Ukraine previously, during the tenure of the 46th President of the United States, Joseph Biden, requested Tomahawk missiles. However, at that time, the White House repeatedly denied Kyiv.

"There is no such ’no’ answer now. Instead, there is a very detailed and active discussion regarding the possibility of providing these missiles," he said.

Tykhyi added that there are currently questions from the media, specifically regarding the technical details of using Tomahawks. According to him, all technical nuances are currently being resolved by teams from both Ukraine and the USA.

"Right now, the Ukrainian and American teams are working on agreeing on all these details, discussing all these nuances, in what forms, in what configurations the missiles can be provided to Ukraine," the MFA spokesperson assured.
