How the MP "overseer" Valeriy Dubil plundered the Ukrainian army

The Ukrainian army found itself in such a dire situation that it could not offer even minimal resistance to the aggressor in Crimea.

And in the East, the Ukrainian armed forces evoke much more sympathy than confidence in their combat capability. Only now do we see the true scale of the crime that was committed by the authorities against the Ukrainian army over the twenty-three years of Ukraine’s independence.

Not the least role in the looting and destruction of the army infrastructure, which Ukraine inherited after the collapse of the Soviet Union, was played by those people who now fiercely tear the embroidered shirt on their chest and position themselves as “staunch” patriots and fighters against Russian aggression.

One of these people is the Ukrainian MP Valeriy Dubil. A close ally of Tymoshenko and the new "overseer" of the Chernihiv region. Back in the 90s, the criminal group “Europe” headed by Dubil, in the literal sense of the word, plundered the territory of a strategic object of the Soviet military-industrial complex - the Priluki airfield, which is located in the Chernihiv region, where Valeriy Dubil himself is from.

The members of this criminal group, led by Dubil, Miroshnychenko, Varnavskyi, and Averyanov, completely destroyed all the infrastructure of this military facility. Dubil’s group specialized in receiving non-ferrous metals, as a result of which everything that could fall under the definition of “non-ferrous metal” and could fetch even a few pennies was cut and destroyed at the airfield. According to eyewitnesses, Dubil and his henchmen even dug up cables that lay 3-4 meters underground.

The greed and lust for profit of these people knew no bounds. But the height of cynicism was the fact that in addition to scrap metal, the slabs from the airfield’s runway were also used. Ignoring the courts, investigations, and public anger, Dubil and his accomplices paved the yards of their own homes with these slabs and, think about it(!), the territory of the central market of the city of Pryluky, which also belongs to Dubil’s criminal group.

As is known, military fighters were based on the territory of the Pryluky airfield, which provided, among other things, the nuclear shield of the Soviet Union. A few years ago, Pryluky journalists conducted their investigation on this matter, in which, in addition to the looting and banditry of Dubil’s group at the Pryluky airfield, the issue of the radioactivity of these slabs and the health hazard to the surrounding population was raised.

So, as it turned out, the slabs laid on the central market of the city of Pryluky contain a hidden threat, both for all the townspeople visiting this complex and for the people living nearby.

Now MP Dubil, in all his speeches, stands in solidarity with the Ukrainian army, advocates for maintaining its morale, and calls for the punishment of people who destroyed the combat potential of Ukraine.

But who will punish Dubil himself? Who will investigate the crimes committed by Dubil and his associates in the destruction of the Pryluky airfield? These are more rhetorical questions.

Since the overseer Dubil has concentrated all branches of power in the Chernihiv region in his hands.

Under his short leash are the prosecutor’s office, the police, and the SSU. Or maybe the thing is that Valeriy Dubil is not actually a Ukrainian politician, but a Russian bandit who had a clear task to destroy Ukraine’s military potential?

It was the Russian criminal group “Solntsevskaya” that gave the future Ukrainian politician his start in life and opened the way to the coveted millions. If this is indeed the case, then much in his actions becomes clear.

In any case, this is what domestic media have written a lot about.
