Klym and Pulya return to Kherson

While everyone is celebrating that Kherson has returned home, corruption has returned with it.

The Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Kherson region, Ihor Klym, is already bringing back his old "tax evaders" to the region. Along with Ukraine, the well-known converter Yevhen Pulya is returning to Kherson. Before the full-scale war, under Oleynikov-Lyubchenko, Pulya bought a position for Klim in Kherson. They then launched a powerful operation of conversion centers, where many people were "served."  

It creates the impression that for some people, the war does not exist. They think they can continue to "earn" bloody millions while the best of us die on the front lines.
