In Odesa, a group of scammers plans to obtain permission from the city authorities to develop the territory of the city center, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, under the guise of a psychological rehabilitation center for injured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The editors learned about this from a source in the Odesa Regional State Administration.

The attackers are planning to develop the area near Shevchenko Park, where Odesa Ship Repair Plant No. 2 used to be located. We are talking about a plot of 4.45 hectares.

In 2012, the Odesa City Council allocated land to OJSC Odesa Shipyard No. 2 for the Lanzheron Plaza company. Interestingly, this was the reason for the initiation of criminal proceedings No. 12021000000000844 under Part 2 of Art. 364 CC. The fate of the production is unknown to us, but we must talk about the beneficiaries of the company.

According to our data, in 2015, Langeron-Plaza considered the possibility of building a shopping and entertainment center on the territory of SRP-2. In 2021, the territory was planned to be subleased to Odesa fraudulent developer Oleksandr Seleznyov ("Prostranstvo" group).

The founders of Langeron-Plaza LLC are Oleksandr Fartushnyak (formerly Viktor Kuksa), Volodymyr Terziyev (co-owner of the Shustov-Agro company, investing in construction projects and sponsoring the Hefest company, which was involved in a scandal with construction work on the territory of the former Jewish cemetery), Azhma Canada Investments Inc., Inesa Borysenko, Hanna Malakhova and Natalya Terziyeva.

Here we are interested in two women, Inesa Borysenko and Natalya Terziyeva. The first is the wife of the former head of the SSU department in the Odesa region. The second - his daughter, and a relative of the developer and financier of the Hefest company, who is now involved in the scandalous development on Krasnova Street - positions herself as a psychologist and psychoanalyst. Graduated from the private International Institute of Depth Psychology in Kyiv.

Natalya Terziyeva (Tasha Daisy, Tasha Terziyeva) runs a joint business with another psychologist, Natalya Lebyedyeva. This woman positions herself as a business psychologist.

Natalya Lebyedyeva indicates that she is a candidate of psychological sciences and the founder of Psychology Corporation. She also has “20 years of personal business experience in direct sales and human resources management.” True, there is no detailed information about this. The woman’s Facebook page states that she works as an associate professor at the Department of Psychology at Moscow State University (this is an Odesa “university” created by ex-people’s deputy and connoisseur of Volodymyr Putin Serhyi Kivalov).

Among other advantages of a woman is the purchase of places in various ratings: “Property of Odesa”, laureate of 100 successful women of the Odesa region-2018, winner of the WOMAN 500 rating “The Most Influential Woman of Ukraine”.

The woman actively maintains a page on Instagram, offering participation in trainings for $350. You can see what she offers in the screenshot below. That is, it is precisely these “psychologists” who must submit to the mayor’s office a project for the construction of a rehabilitation center, where they and other interested parties will be co-owners. As always, one floor of the entire future building will be allocated for such a center itself. The rest will be sold as apartments. Such a center can count on state support or donor funds from the EU.
