During the war, an official of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleh Starodubets bought an electric Ford Mustang sports car at an auction in the United States for 1 million hryvnia.

This is evidenced by data on significant changes in his property status.

Starodubets works as deputy director of the department, head of the urban planning cadastre department of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. On October 11, 2023, he purchased a 2020 Ford Mustang Mach-E.

The price of the car at the Copart auction in the USA was 1.01 million hryvnia. The Mustang Mach-E is Ford’s first all-electric SUV.
