April 20 in Dnipro has been declared a day of mourning for those killed due to the Russian strike
The mayor of Dnipro city, Borys Filatov, declared mourning on April 20 for those killed in the Russian strike on the city on the night of April 19.
This became known from Filatov’s order
“In order to commemorate the victims of the tragedy that occurred on April 19, 2024 as a result of rocket attacks by the Russian Federation in the city of Dnipro and the region, declare 04/20/2024 a day of mourning in the city of Dnipro.”
On the day of mourning, flags at government buildings will be flown at half-mast. Businesses are also encouraged to display flags with black ribbons.
