In the Kherson region, a man and an 11-year-old boy were blown up by an enemy mine
On Saturday, May 11, in the Kherson region, two people, including an eleven-year-old child, were blown up by a Russian mine. The tragedy occurred in the village of Muzykivka.
This is stated in the message of the head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin. It is noted that the boy was hospitalized with debris wounds to his legs, chest and abdomen.
“The child is currently in the operating room. Doctors assess his condition as moderate,” the official said.
As reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the tragedy occurred at about 15:40 in the village of Muzykivka. The guy blew up a mine while grazing cattle near a canal.
A 63-year-old man was also wounded at the same place. He is also examined by doctors.
