The occupiers have advanced on the eastern outskirts of Chasiv Yar, – DeepState

The Ukrainian public DeepState reported on the advance of Russians on the eastern outskirts of Chasiv Yar.

And he hinted at a change in the situation in Klishchiivka south of Chasiv Yar, adding that it was being clarified.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced last night that the Russians were conducting an assault in Klishchiivka, which was being repelled. Chasiv Yar was not mentioned in the general report.

At the same time, a Ukrainian military man with the call sign “Alex” stated that Russian troops captured part of the position in the north of Klishchiivka. According to him, most of the village is in the gray zone, because there is no place to gain a foothold there.

Russian public pages write that the Russian army captured the key height 215.7 in the north of Klishchiivka and advanced a kilometer deeper into the village. There is no confirmation from the Ukrainian side regarding the height.

At the same time, the American Institute for the Study of War, with reference to videos, writes that Russian troops have advanced in the southern and central part of Klishchiivka.

The Klishchiivka area represents a major wedge into Russian positions south of Bakhmut and Chasiv Yar.
