Occupants are storming Tsukuryne and have captured Marynivka near Selydove, - Armed Forces of Ukraine

In the Donetsk region, Russian occupiers are attacking Tsukuryne from two directions and have managed to capture the village of Marynivka, while the Armed Forces of Ukraine stopped the Russian breakthrough to the south near the city. This was reported by a Defence Force fighter with the call sign "Mucnoy" in his Telegram channel reported.

"To the south of the settlement of Selydove, our fighters stopped the enemy breakthrough, while our guys from Kara-Dag successfully destroyed 2 BMPs and one buggy, and we also have prisoners. This was not the last attack, so we are ready for new attacks," he said.

The soldier also noted that the assault on Tsukuryne continues from the north and southeast. Here, enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups are trying to identify the firing points of the Defence Forces and secure a foothold in the ravine.

"Unfortunately, the enemies have occupied Marynivka north of Selydove. I am not even allowed to think badly of the guys who held this village. You cannot imagine the forces they fought against and how many enemies they stopped. Upon retreat, they also inflicted damage on the enemy, saving the lives of worthy guys. Each defender of this village has many destroyed enemies to their credit," he wrote.
