HACC confiscated six companies from Russian oligarch Miron Gorilovskiy

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice for the nationalization of the assets of Russian oligarchs under sanctions, particularly Miron Horilovskiy. The issue concerns six companies that are part of the industrial conglomerate "Polyplastyk Group," reports the SSU press center.

Shares in the mentioned companies were owned by Horilovskiy through controlled entities.

The "Polypplastyk Group" is controlled by Russian oligarchs and is one of the largest producers of polymer pipes and composite polymer materials in Europe.

According to the investigation, the oligarch’s companies supply products to the needs of military bases, factories, and occupational bodies of the aggressor country, including temporarily occupied Crimea. In particular, the enterprises participate in the production of components for small arms for the Armed Forces of Russia.

As evidenced by case materials, Horilovskiy owned Ukrainian "branches" through third parties and offshore companies. The court has now decided to transfer the corporate rights of these enterprises to the ownership of Ukraine to ensure their uninterrupted operation in the interests of our state.

Currently, all facts of the criminal activities of the beneficiary owners of the Russian corporation are being established.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukraine has been actively confiscating property belonging to Russians, especially those close to the Russian government.
