In the "Army+" application, you can correct data about military service

The mobile app "Army+" now has the ability to correct military service data. A request number is generated, allowing users to check the status of information updates in the future, reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The department noted that since the app’s launch, some servicemen encountered issues where information about their service was not displayed. This often occurred because TRC and SS operators had not yet digitized current data on a citizen’s registry status.

To correct data, an individual needed to submit a request through the "Reserv+" app. Since this procedure was inconvenient, functionality has now been developed to allow users to update their service information in just a few clicks via "Army+".

How to use the data correction function in the app:

• download (or update) the app and log in;
• if there is no information in the registry, a message will appear on the screen saying "We couldn’t find any data about your military service." In this case, click "I am definitely an active military member";
• then fill out the form and submit it;
• afterwards, you will receive a request number, which you can use to track the status and expect notification of the result.

The General Staff noted that over 270,000 servicemen have authorized in "Army+" in just one and a half months of operation. The app has been implemented in thousands of military units and presented 7,000 electronic reports, which hold the same legal status as paper ones.
