The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, decided to appoint Colonel Pavlo Palisa as Deputy Head of the President’s Office. He is the commander of the 93rd Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar".
This was announced in the evening address of the head of the Ukrainian state.
"Colonel Pavlo Palisa has also been appointed as Deputy Head of the Office," he noted.
According to the President, Palisa is a combat commander of the 93rd Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar", who has a deep understanding of what is happening in the brigades and on the front lines.
"I need exactly such a person to receive direct information from the front line every day," added Zelenskyy.

It should be noted that Pavlo Palisa was born into a military family.
In 2007, he graduated from the Lviv Institute of Ground Forces of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic".
In 2019, he graduated from the Command and Staff Institute of the National Defence University of Ukraine.
At the time of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he was studying at the Command and General Staff College of the U.S. Army but interrupted his studies.
In 2022, he commanded the 5th Separate Assault Regiment.
In 2023, he became the commander of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar". He participated in the battles for Bakhmut.
