Near Kurakhove, territorial defence fighters defeat Russian Armed Forces tank column
With the help of FPV drones, the "Hostri Kartuzu" unit managed to repel a powerful enemy assault involving four tanks and six IFVs with infantry.
Servicemen of the 130th separate territorial defense battalion of Ukraine successfully repelled an assault attempt by Russian troops on the village of Maksymivka, located south of the city of Kurakhove. The Russian forces, which included four tanks, including a T-80BVM with a mine trawl, and six infantry fighting vehicles, attempted to encircle Ukrainian positions. A video of the confrontation appeared on December 3 on the "Hostri Kartuzu" unit’s channel.
It is reported that on the approach to the settlement, the "Kotyky" reconnaissance platoon detected the column and neutralized it with the help of FPV drones. Two T-80BVM tanks with protective superstructures and two combat vehicles, including an MT-LB, were hit. Following this, drone operators successfully eliminated the enemy infantry deployed from the destroyed vehicles.
The video comments note that the key element in successfully repelling the Russian attack was the "NATAHA" drones. This apparatus has the following technical characteristics:
- maximum payload - up to 1.5 kg;
 - deployment time - up to 2 minutes;
 - control and video signal transmission range - up to 13 km (under direct radio signal conditions);
 - combat flight radius - up to 7 km;
 - cruising speed - 80 km/h.
