The Grand Chamber upheld the dismissal of Supreme Court Judge Knyazev

The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court did not change the decision of the High Council of Justice regarding the dismissal of Vsevolod Knyazev from the position of Supreme Court judge.

This was reported by the press service of the Supreme Court.

«As a result of reviewing the cassation appeal today, December 12, 2024, the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court decided to leave unchanged the decision of the High Council of Justice from July 18, 2024, regarding bringing Vsevolod Knyazev to disciplinary responsibility and dismissing him from the position of Supreme Court judge», – informs the body.
