Chernohorenko: The Ministry of Defence registers are operating in normal mode
The registers of the Ministry of Defence are operating in normal mode, the only limitation is the temporary suspension of deferments in Reserve+.
This was reported on Facebook by the Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko.
According to her, thanks to the coordinated work of the Cyber Incident Response Center, uninterrupted system operation was ensured. The team monitors the situation around the clock and prevents any cyber threats.
“The security of our defenders’ and conscripts’ data is a priority. We are constantly improving the protection of the Oberih register and the Army+ and Reserve+ applications,” Chernohorenko emphasized.
She noted that the services of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine are operating without interruptions. Electronic reports and military registration documents remain accessible.
“However, we now have a large number of requests in the queue, so the wait for a document in Reserve+ may take somewhat longer than usual,” the Deputy Minister of Defence said.
The only temporary limitation is that due to recovery work in state registers, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was forced to suspend receiving deferments in Reserve+.
Chernohorenko also emphasized that all already received deferments remain valid and are correctly reflected in Reserve+. The Ministry of Defence is making every effort to restore this service as soon as possible.
