In the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, a record crossing of the border by Ukrainians before the holidays was reported

This is reported by the State Border Guard Service.

"The pre-Christmas period caused a record number of state border crossings. In the last 24 hours, 150,000 citizens crossed it, which is one of the highest figures in recent years," the border guards noted.

According to the SBGS data, an increase is observed in all areas, but the largest passenger flow was recorded at checkpoints on the border with Poland.

"There is also no significant advantage of entry into Ukraine over exit. Throughout the day, an average of 75,000 people crossed the state border in both directions," the border guards added, noting that the increase in passenger flow leads to queues.
