TRC may impose a fine if the military registration document in "Reserve+" does not contain a QR code

According to paragraph 8-1 of the mentioned Procedure, the QR code of the military registration document contains information about the MRD in electronic form, which can be reproduced in a readable form, including visually, using appropriate technical means.

The QR code of the military registration document contains the information specified in subparagraphs 1-5, 7, 8, 11-13, 17 of paragraph 8 of this Procedure.

According to the above-mentioned norms of current legislation, a military registration document in electronic form is valid only with the presence of a QR code and cannot be used without it.

Thus, a military registration document in "Reserve+" without a QR code is invalid, and therefore the TRC has the right to impose a fine.
