The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation shelled Stanislav and Beryslav: three people were killed
On the morning of January 18, Russian troops launched an artillery strike on the town of Stanislav in the Kherson region. As a result of the shelling, a 71-year-old man was killed. The invaders also attacked Beryslav.
At the time of the enemy attack, the deceased was on the street. This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The occupiers shelled the peaceful Ukrainian town around 10 a.m. on January 18.
"As a result of the attack, a 71-year-old man who was on the street at the time of the shelling was killed. Under the procedural guidance of the Oleshky District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation into a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated," the regional prosecutor’s office noted.

They also assured that prosecutors, together with investigators, continue to actively document war crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.
In addition, the Russians also killed two people in Beryslav.
"Today in the afternoon, the occupying army struck the settlement with a mortar. As a result of the shelling, a 68-year-old woman and a man born in 1972 received injuries incompatible with life. I express my condolences to the families of the deceased," emphasized the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
