Ukrainian law enforcement officers revealed details of the terrorist attack in Dnipro, committed on the orders of Russian special services
Ukrainian law enforcement shared details of the terrorist attack in Dnipro, carried out on December 14, 2024, under instructions from Russian special services. To execute the crime, the aggressor involved three individuals.
Interestingly, the perpetrators planted the explosives while holding a child in their arms. This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.
Accomplices of the Russian terrorists set off an explosion near one of the administrative buildings in the center of Dnipro. As a result of the incident, a man died, and four other people were injured, among them two police officers. Just a few hours after the attack, law enforcement detained the direct perpetrator of the crime. He turned out to be a 37-year-old local resident of Dnipro who lived in Odesa and worked for Russian special services.
Investigators also discovered that he did not act alone but together with two accomplices. They turned out to be a married couple—a 33-year-old man and his 25-year-old wife, who lived together with their child.

On the task of Russian special services, the perpetrators manufactured an explosive device for the attack, hiding it in a bag, placing it in a predesignated location, and watching until the "executor" would pick up the package. Surveillance camera footage captured them holding the explosive with a child in their arms.
As a result of a search at the place of residence, law enforcement found and seized components of a new device, thus preventing the commission of a new attack in Dnipro. Currently, all three accomplices of the enemy are in custody.

The police emphasized that Russian special services are systematically attempting to kill or injure law enforcement officers and military personnel in the rear. Moreover, the occupiers are doing this with the hands of Ukrainians, whom they recruit through social networks.
Law enforcement officials stressed that such measures are aimed at destabilizing the situation to amplify negative emotions among the Ukrainian people and complaints about the state’s security forces.
