NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into the non-declaration of a house by the head of the SCS, Zvyahintsev

NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation regarding the acting head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, who is suspected of failing to declare a house near Kyiv.

In 2021–2023, the official did not include in his electronic declaration a residential building with an area of 236.8 m² and the land plot on which it is located.

The property, valued at over 100 thousand US dollars, was registered in the name of his wife’s father, although the actual owners are him and his family.

The actions of the official are qualified under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

According to NABU information, the suspect is Serhiy Zvyahintsev.
