The situation on the front: The enemy has intensified actions in the Kupyansk direction

Since the beginning of the day on March 11, there have been 202 combat clashes at the front. The enemy is most actively attacking in the Pokrovsk and Kupyansk directions.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to advance five times at the beginning of the day towards the settlements of Hlyboke and Vovchansk, and the settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, and Vetyarivka suffered from enemy aviation.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian occupiers attacked the Defense Forces positions 40 times in the areas of Nova Kryhliakivka, Petropavlivka, and Zahryzove, with five ongoing clashes.

In the Lyman direction, the invading army carried out 18 attacks near the settlements of Hrekivka, Yampilivka, Novomykhailivka, Nove, and Zelena Dolyna. Seven clashes are still ongoing.

In the Siversk direction, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks toward Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske, with three more clashes still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders are repelling four assaults by Russian invaders. The enemy is trying to break through in the areas of Maiske, Chasiv Yar, and Stupochki. Nine attacks have already been successfully repelled by our defenders.

In the Toretsk direction, our defenders repelled 21 assaults by the occupiers near Diliivka, Dachne, Druzhba, Kurdyumivka, and Toretsk, with six more combat clashes ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian invaders made 58 attempts to dislodge our defenders from their occupied positions in the areas of Vodyane Druhe, Novotroitske, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zelene, Zvyrove, Leontovychi, Serhiyivka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka, Preobrazhenka, Bohdanivka, Katerynivka, Oleksiivka, Shevchenko, and Andriivka.

The Defence Forces hold off the pressure and repelled 47 enemy attacks, with 11 clashes still ongoing. Nova Poltavka suffered air strikes.

In the Novopavlivsk direction, the enemy made 15 attempts to break the defense of our defenders in the areas of Kostyantynopol, Katerynivka, Vilne Pole, and Burlatske. Three ongoing clashes are taking place.

In the Hulyaipole direction, there have been 15 battles with the enemy in the areas of Pryvilne, Zelene Pole, Novosilka, and Novopil. The settlements of Hulyaipole and Novopil suffered air strikes.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy conducted nine offensive actions towards the settlements of Novodanylivka, Stepove, Pyatykhatky, Shcherbaky, Kamyanske, and Lobkove. Four clashes remain unresolved at this time.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy attacked our defenders’ positions twice, without success.

In the Kursk direction, since the start of the day, there have been 23 clashes, 14 of which are still ongoing. Additionally, the enemy carried out three air strikes, dropping three GABs, and conducted 167 artillery shellings, including nine from multiple rocket launchers.
