Cyberattack on "Ukrzaliznytsia": online train ticket purchase unavailable for the third day

The online purchase of train tickets is unavailable for three days due to a cyber attack on Ukrzaliznytsia, the company reports.

«The Ukrzaliznytsia team and all involved parties are making every effort to restore online sales as soon as possible. During this time, ticket offices at all stations are operating in enhanced mode with an increased number of shifts (for example, in Kyiv, 18 ticket offices were opened yesterday instead of the usual eight), and all trains are running strictly according to schedule», the statement said.
